Constraints – "The Boxes" Series 3/10

"I created a series of 10 artworks inspired by the unique events of recent years. This series depicts ten women facing confinement and the feeling of being trapped.

During this very particular period, I wanted to translate the emotions linked to isolation, the restriction of freedoms, and the feeling of submission that many may have experienced.

Deprived of freedom, confined by legal obligation, we felt as though we were enclosed in a box, desperately searching for an opening to the outside." Kellestom
