HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?Once you have made your choice, click on checkout. You can add the discount code to your order. The discount code "BIENVENUE26" applies to the 1st order from a minimum amount of €50. Discounts are regularly applied during holidays.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE SEVERAL PROMO CODES? Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

 

DO I OWN THE RIGHTS TO A PAINTING WHEN I BUY IT?The artist retains all rights to a work. The artist reserves the right to use the image of a sold work, unless the buyer wishes to obtain the rights (in addition to the purchase of the original work).

 

IS FRAMING OFFERED?Yes, in certain categories (For an unframed work, you can contact me for framing, but the shipping time will be longer).

 

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF SHIPPING COSTS? Price visible before purchase

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP "SMALL FORMAT" ARTWORKS? All "small format" artworks are shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope by post. Shipping is fast.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP "LARGE FORMAT" ARTWORKS?By UPS or DHL Express carrier, with a tracking number.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?Returns are accepted within the deadlines, except for custom-made works.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?If the artwork arrives damaged, include a description of the damage, photos of the damaged packaging, and then by contacting us as soon as possible, we will always find a solution for you.
