I created a series of 10 works based on the unusual news of recent years.

Ten women in confinement with a feeling of being trapped. During this very particular period of confinement, I wanted to express the sensations of confinement and submission that we are currently experiencing. We are deprived of freedom, confined by legal obligation, as if locked in a box where we are looking for an opening.

But on the horizon there is hope that this situation will soon end, and within us, a movement towards letting go and the untangling of ties. This exploratory journey resulted in a series entitled "the boxes" which consists of 10 digital art works on alu-dibond, measuring 120 x 90 cm.

The titles of the works seemed obvious to me.
