Mount Canigou

The ascent of Pic du Canigou, at an altitude of 2785 meters, is possible for everyone.

The easiest ascent is via the Cortalets refuge at 2150 m. It takes about 3 hours to reach the summit, and everyone can walk at their own pace.

At the summit, near the cross installed in 1961, you have an extraordinary 360° view of the Roussillon plain all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.
